The concept of LAMS is to bring LIDAR surveying to remote areas by filling the gap between terrestrial survey and traditional LIDAR survey. The focus is laser surveys at competitive prices.
The system has been calibrated and tested on a test site in Hillerød, Denmark.
The test site consists of 2 km secondary road in a sub urban area. More than 200 control points was taken on and along the road.
The post processing of the LiDAR data was done automatically without manually enhancing the result and without use of reference points.
As a check the test has been completed several times over a period of years, and the result has been the same or better every time.
In projects where the results has been firmly checked the results has been the same. |
